By accessing or using the Doriva platform and services (the "Service") provided by Doriva Technologies Ltd. ("Doriva", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Doriva provides an AI-powered rental leasing platform that assists landlords and property managers with tenant communication, pre-screening, tour scheduling, and lead management. Doriva acts as a technology intermediary and does not itself act as a landlord, tenant, property manager, or real estate broker.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful property listing information
• Comply with all applicable local, provincial/state, and federal laws, including fair housing laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• Not use the Service to discriminate against prospective tenants on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability, or any other protected characteristic
• Not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Respond to qualified leads and honour scheduled viewings in good faith

6. Fair Housing Compliance

Doriva is committed to supporting fair housing practices. Our AI systems are designed to treat all prospective tenants equitably and in compliance with applicable fair housing laws. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for ensuring your rental practices, criteria, and decisions comply with all applicable fair housing and anti-discrimination laws in your jurisdiction.

7. AI-Generated Communications

The Service uses artificial intelligence to communicate with prospective tenants on your behalf. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that Doriva is not liable for any miscommunication resulting from AI-generated content. You are responsible for reviewing lead summaries and handoff notes provided by the platform.

8. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees. All fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Doriva Technologies Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (e.g., property descriptions, photos, listing details). By submitting content, you grant Doriva a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and promoting the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doriva Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Doriva in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated communications or screening assessments.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Doriva Technologies Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doriva Technologies Ltd. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
